Binghamton Devils

For last place Binghamton, there’s nowhere to go but up, right? One point out of four on the week, and a 2-6-2-0 run in their last 10, has them mired in the league basement going into the break.
The Devils started a two-game week with a 3-1 loss to Utica at home on Friday. Bracken Kearns had the lone Binghamton goal, Jacob MacDonald the lone assist, and Mackenzie Blackwood had 26 saves.
On Saturday in Wilkes-Barre, Binghamton found themselves in a 2-0 hole midway through the second period against the Penguins. Nick Lappin would then score a pair of power play goals 4:24 apart to tie the game up.
